LUKE TAYLOR

For over 20 years, Luke has been working in finance and has successfully built Kadota’s lending and financial planning business from the ground up.

Accredited with over 40 different lenders and a qualified CFP®, he specialises in property purchases, construction finance, debt consolidation, investment lending, SMSF lending, mortgage assessment and superannuation advice.

Luke is driven by his passion for the financial services industry.  Being able to provide exceptional service, tailored advice and structured support is central to what he does.  He enjoys working closely with his clients to ensure they achieve their financial goals. It is important to him that his clients are looked after and feel supported every step of the way.

Outside work, Luke is a basketball fanatic, a Collingwood supporter and loves spending time with his young kids.

ANDREW GIRARDI

Andrew is AFPA qualified, has 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has been a financial adviser for 22 years.  He has an enthusiasm for seeing individuals, couples and families take control of their financial situations, establish strong foundations and then build upon those.

Andrew loves his footy, barracking for the Western Bulldogs, and loves to cook.  Andrew is a man of integrity and honesty upholding all the values and ethics that are important to us and to our clients, at Kadota.

ADAM CAPPS

Adam has 20 years’ experience in public practice, working in a variety of practices, he has well-rounded skills in all GST aspects, Business Activity Statements, Capital Gains tax , investment property strategies as well as all business structures and tax planning incentives.  He enjoys helping businesses and individuals succeed by assisting clients with tax planning and tax reduction strategies.

When Adam is not spending time with his family he tries to keep as active as possible. His passion for golf sees him running a social golf group exploring the many different courses Victoria has to offer.  He also loves footy and is a passionate NRL Melbourne Storm and AFL North Kangaroo supporter, as well having an obsession for NBA basketball.  Adam believes in integrity and honesty and is looking forward continuing to building relationships with our clients at Kadota.

DANIELLA ALLEN

It’s coming up to 20 years that Daniella has now enjoyed her career in specialised client services & challenging technical support roles.  She takes pleasure in being professional, authentic and has a great knack of getting to the crux of any complicated issues.  Daniella will move heaven and earth to get a job done right and provide a great solution for our clients.  In her spare time you will catch her training at F45, out and about taking photos, or enjoying concerts and theatre with friends.

Janelle has extensive experience in the finance industry, having worked both locally and overseas in multinational financial institutions before transitioning to the financial planning advice space.  Janelle has worked with Andrew for 7 years since transitioning to financial planning when her kids were young.

Janelle has a Bachelor of Business and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.  She works closely with our advisers to ensure our clients receive quality advice.

With over 20 years of business experience Justus is highly motivated and aware of how important exceptional customer service is. By utilising the suite of 40 different lenders we offer at Kadota, he will ensure that your needs are met to the highest possible standard.

Michael works part-time in the financial planning team. He provides exceptional technical knowledge and writes up many of our advice documents as well as working on our client tools helping deliver you more interactive recommendations and solutions.

ROBY CRUICKSHANK

Roby has extensive lending knowledge gained from her 15 years working at the Commonwealth Bank followed by a further 15 years working closely with mortgage brokers specialising in home and investment lending.  In short, there isn’t much Roby doesn’t know about home lending, with her passion and dedication she will work closely with you every step of the way to make the process as smooth as possible.  Her fine attention to detail, awesome customer relationship skills and the great satisfaction she gains from helping first home, multiple home or investment buyers will impress you – just like the hundreds of other people she has achieved amazing financial outcomes for over the years.

MARA COLLINS

As our newest, youngest team member Mara is a breath of fresh air in the office and answering the phone.  With her previous experience in event management and insurance customer service, she has a great mix of talents for her role as receptionist.

Away from work she is a super passionate Carlton supporter who also loves spending time in the gym and cooking.
